I wish to apply for Admission of my son / daughter to Prabhav Defence Motivation Centre

Declaration by Parent/Guardian

• I am willing to enroll my son /daughter to Prabhav Defence Motivation Centre.

• I agree to not hold Prabhav Defence Motivation Centre authorities or the school responsible or claim from them compensation in any form in the event of any injury or accident. If it occurs to my ward during the stay /training / travelling / outdoor visit /ATC / Trek or any other activity of the academy.

• I hereby declare that I am committed to pay within given time my wards current course year fees, which is Rs. 0 Also I am aware of myself being fully liable to pay the entire amount. Even In case of my wards discontinuation of enrolment from the academy due to any reason.

• Fees once paid is Non- Refundable and Non-Transferable.

• Travel/Outdoor visit/Annual Training Camp/Trek/Boot Camp or Exam Charges are not include in Academy Fees

• I hereby declare that my ward is mentally and physically fit to this Training.

• I accept to acquaint myself with the rules & regulations of the academy, which may change at the discretion of the Prabhav Defence Motivation Centre authorities and abide by them as long as my son / daughter are enrolled with the academy.
